You’ll be at the forefront of connecting brands with the right creators to drive engagement and business impact.Key Responsibilities1. Client Acquisition & Business DevelopmentIdentify and target potential clients, including brands, startups, and agencies seeking influencer marketing services.Build a healthy sales pipeline through lead generation, cold outreach, referrals, and industry events.2. Sales Strategy & ExecutionCraft tailored sales strategies aligned with revenue goals.Deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.3. Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with marketing decision-makers and stakeholders.Act as a trusted consultant, offering strategic insights and campaign ideas.4. Cross-Team CollaborationCoordinate with internal influencer managers and campaign teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.Share client feedback and insights to continuously improve service offerings.5. Market Intelligence & ReportingStay abreast of influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and competitive activity.Maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular performance reports.6. Sales Target AchievementConsistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Contribute to the team’s growth and revenue objectives.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in influencer marketing, digital media, or advertisingStrong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and creator economy trendsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to build long-term client relationshipsResults-driven with a consistent record of meeting or surpassing targetsProficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and Microsoft Office tools
