Job Title: Sr. Cloud Architect with strong background of Openstack, Vmware, MS Azure Cloud/MS365, Entra IDLocation: 100% REMOTE - Offshore IndiaEmployment Type: Full Time Contract Length: FTE - Long TermiShift is seeking a Senior Cloud Architect with a strong technical foundation in OpenStack, VMware, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Entra ID. This role requires excellent client-facing and communication skills, as you will be interfacing with enterprise customers to design, implement, and optimize cloud solutions that align with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions across Azure and hybrid cloud environments.Lead cloud strategy workshops and architectural discussions with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.Deliver end-to-end solutions involving identity management (Azure, Entra ID), virtualization (VMware), and private cloud (OpenStack).Support the integration and optimization of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.Provide technical leadership in cloud migration, security, governance, and compliance efforts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to infrastructure, networking, and identity services.Document cloud architecture designs, implementation plans, and client-facing deliverables.Required Skills and Experience:8+ years of experience in cloud engineering, architecture, or consulting roles.Deep hands-on expertise in:OpenStackVMware (ESXi, vCenter)Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)Microsoft 365 ecosystemActive Directory, Entra IDStrong understanding of cloud architecture, hybrid solutions, and identity governance.Proven experience in client engagement, technical presentations, and stakeholder communication.Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and vice versa.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Relevant certifications such as:Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect ExpertMicrosoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator ExpertVMware Certified Professional (VCP)Certified OpenStack Administrator (COA)Soft Skills:Excellent communication and presentation skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesAbility to work independently and within cross-functional teamsClient-focused with a proactive and consultative approachWhat We Offer:Competitive compensationFlexible remote work optionsOpportunities to work on enterprise-scale transformation projectsTraining and certification supportA collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented environmentThanks & Best RegardsPiyush SharmaRecruitmenteMail: Psharma@ | 7014 East Camelback Road, Suite 1452Scottsdale, Arizona 85251
