This role demands strategic planning, execution excellence, and leadership in scaling a high-volume, high-performance hiring model.You will report directly to the HR Leadership and collaborate closely with department heads, regional leads, and onboarding teams.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Talent Planning• Work with leadership to forecast workforce needs across verticals.• Design and implement scalable recruitment roadmaps aligned with expansion goals.2. Sourcing Strategy Development• Lead multi-channel sourcing efforts using job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn, internal networks, and regional outreach.• Build a pre-qualified pipeline of professionals for timely role closures.3. Candidate Evaluation & Selection• Conduct and oversee detailed screening interviews to assess technical, behavioral, and cultural fit.• Coordinate technical panels and HR discussions; ensure structured interview practices.4. Offer Management & Pre-Joining• Handle compensation negotiations and issue offer letters with transparency and fairness.• Manage pre-joining documentation and verification protocols.5. Onboarding & Induction Leadership• Drive virtual onboarding plans and orientation workflows for both remote and field-based employees.• Ensure high-touch integration experience for all new hires in their first weeks.6. Compliance & Audit Readiness• Execute background checks, maintain hiring logs, and ensure legal documentation is up-to-date and compliant.7. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting• Monitor metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source efficiency, and hiring quality.• Present weekly hiring dashboards and performance insights to HR leadership.8. Volume Hiring for Field Operations• Lead region-wise recruitment drives for Assistant Managers and Field Sales Executives (FSEs).• Partner with regional operations to achieve fast-paced recruitment targets.9.
