Our product helps companies automate decision-making, streamline workflows, and integrate knowledge across systems—using intelligent, autonomous agents designed for real-world business use cases.As we prepare to scale our go-to-market motion, we are looking for a smart, driven, and articulate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Hyderabad.About the RoleAs our first SDR, you’ll play a mission-critical role in generating high-quality leads, creating top-of-funnel opportunities, and evangelizing our platform to CXOs, tech leaders, and innovation heads across industries.You’ll work closely with the founders, sales leadership, and product team to define messaging, craft outreach strategies, and grow our customer pipeline in global markets.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, research, and target key enterprise accounts across APAC, Middle East, and other strategic markets.Execute personalized outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone to engage decision-makers.Qualify inbound and outbound leads through structured conversations and discovery calls.Book and coordinate product demos for the sales and leadership teams.Collaborate with product marketing to refine outreach messaging, objection handling, and competitive positioning.Track interactions using CRM tools and generate weekly lead pipeline reports.Provide on-the-ground feedback from the market to shape sales strategy and product roadmap.Must-Have QualificationsMBA from a top-tier or reputed business school in India (IIMs, ISB, IITs, SPJIMR, MDI, IMT, etc.).1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise sales, business development, or tech consulting.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confidence in speaking with senior decision-makers.Strong understanding of the sales funnel, lead qualification, and outbound prospecting.Entrepreneurial mindset – self-starter, highly organized, goal-oriented.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.Good to Have (Bonus Points)Experience in AI/ML, cloud, devtools, or enterprise software sales.Exposure to international markets (especially APAC / MENA).A natural storyteller who can explain cutting-edge tech in simple business terms.What You’ll Get
