Training & DevelopmentConduct inductions, on-the-job training, and monthly skill-building sessionsCreate SOPs and monitor training effectiveness4. Performance ManagementImplement KPIs, track appraisals, and drive monthly reviewsIdentify high performers and manage underperformanceRequirements:4–7 years of HR experience, preferably in retailStrong communication (English, Hindi, Telugu)Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR software
