The role requires delivering high-quality, personalized coaching with a focus on 1-on-1 teaching and specialized attention tailored to studen needs. You should have strong expertise in UCAT content, effective communication skills, and a passion for mentoring future medical professionals.Key Responsibilities:Conduct 1-on-1 coaching sessions, focusing on individual student needs, learning pace, and target areas.Teach all UCAT sections:Verbal ReasoningDecision MakingQuantitative ReasoningAbstract ReasoningSituational JudgementProvide personalized feedback and custom study plans.Develop and share practice tests, strategies, and revision materials.Track progress and adapt teaching methods for maximum improvement.Guide students on exam techniques, time management, and confidence-building.Communicate effectively with students and, if applicable, their parents or guardians.Requirements:Proven experience in UCAT coaching or similar test preparation.Strong grasp of the UCAT exam format and question types.Ability to provide individualized attention and adapt teaching styles.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Patient, supportive, and student-focused approach.Background in health sciences or previous high UCAT score is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Familiarity with online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS tools).Passion for education and student mentorship.Salary:[To be discussed – hourly/session-based or fixed salary depending on experience]share your resume here hr@whatsapp - +91 84386 70535
