Job Responsibilities● Prepare and deliver lectures to students about the basic principles of the Malayalam language and information related to Indian culture.● Develop course materials for students and complete the class notes, additional homework, and assignments.● Evaluate students’ performances, including grading, homework assignments and noting how well students participate in class discussions.● Participate in activities, such as workshops and trial classes to attract new students.● Send reports to students’ parents to inform them of their child’s progress in the class.● Collaborate with other tutors to develop company-wide policies and create a better learning environment.Job Skills & QualificationsRequired:● Bachelor's or master's degree in the Malayalam language.● Any additional certification to teach. ● Ability to lead an online class.● Ability to make each student feel safe, comfortable, and productive.Preferred:● Prior experience teaching online classes.● Teaching experience of more than 1 year.Job Type: Contractors/FreelancersPay: On an hourly basisSchedule: FlexibleExperience: 1 yearWork Location: Online
