Our Bench sales resources can not only gain knowledge working with different domains but also strong growth prospects at different levels with attractive incentives.Responsibilities:Able to work in any US time zoneSpeaking with the recruiters regarding the rate and getting the best as suggested by managementGetting requirements for bench consultants from various sources like Prime Vendors, job portals and other Networking sitesMaintain daily & weekly status lists of all activities and report to managementSet up interviews and close the candidates for various positionsProcess candidates from initial contact through entire interview/placement process which includes interview scheduling and follow upWorking directly on Direct clients and Prime Vendors' requirementConstantly Developing Prime Vendor network to get the Bench candidates placed in minimal turnaround timeInteracting with Tier one Vendors and Direct clientsLooking for job openings on job boards, checking with the candidate to see if they have the experience in the technology and tools needed to handle the requirement, and presenting their profiles after interacting with the vendorsHands-on experience with job boards like Dice and LinkedIn, etc.Communicating with the consultants daily and updating them about submissions and interviews.Coordinating the interviews between clients and candidatesFollow up with the candidate and client on onboarding and background checks and assist with the formalitiesShould be able to manage the complete cycle of Bench salesMandatory Requirements:Experience in US IT Recruitment is mustUnderstanding of all types of US work visa types (GC, H1, H4 EAD, OPT/CPT etc..)Comfortable working in night shift3 TO 5 YEARS experience marketing OPT/CPT/H4 EAD CandidatesCandidates should have good communication skills and computer knowledgeCandidates should be self-motivated and passionate about the deliverablesBasics in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook preferredMust be a good team player and result drivenGood verbal and written skillsEducation: Degree required
