Join us to make a meaningful impact in the staffing industry.Summary Pinnacle is seeking a Salesforce Administrator in India to configure and optimize our Salesforce platform, focusing on streamlining recruitment and staffing processes during our upcoming Salesforce implementation. This role will manage user access, workflows, and integrations (e.g., Bullhorn), collaborating with a third-party technical integrator to implement solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce Sales Cloud experience, a deep understanding of staffing workflows, and the ability to ensure the platform meets business needs through point-and-click configuration. If you’re passionate about driving efficiency in a staffing organization, this is your opportunity to contribute.Job ResponsibilitiesConfigure and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud to support recruitment processes, including custom objects, fields, and page layouts.Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings to ensure data integrity and access control.Design and implement workflows, process builders, and automations to streamline staffing tasks (e.g., candidate tracking, client follow-ups).Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities to enhance Salesforce functionality.Specify requirements for integrations with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Bullhorn, ensuring seamless data flow.Partner with a third-party integrator to validate configurations and troubleshoot issues during implementation.Provide training and support to end users (e.g., recruiters) to ensure effective platform adoption.Stay updated on Salesforce releases and best practices to recommend improvements.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.2-6 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with expertise in Sales Cloud.Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builder, and security settings.Experience in the staffing or recruitment industry, with familiarity with ATS integrations (e.g., Bullhorn).Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional Salesforce solutions.Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams in India and globally.No coding required; experience with Apex or Lightning is a plus but not essential.Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred; Sales Cloud Consultant certification is a plus.Based in India, with flexibility to work with global teams.
