We are looking for a passionate and driven Recruiter to join our Global Talent Acquisition team on a contractual basis. In this role, you will play a critical part in discovering untapped talent, aligning candidates with the right opportunities, and directly contributing to organizational growth. As a Recruiter at Cactus, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles across functions and levels. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure timely and high-quality hiring outcomes. Please Note- This is a contractual position for a fixed duration. Job Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple open roles across functions and levels. Partner with hiring managers through effective kick-off calls to understand role requirements. Write compelling job descriptions and source candidates through multiple channels, while building a strong talent pipeline. Screen candidates thoroughly to assess fit and align expectations. Ensure seamless communication and coordination across all stakeholders, delivering a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams. Identify and address recruitment bottlenecks, proactively solving challenges to enable timely closures. Qualifications 2-4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in marketing, tech, or customer service hiring. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and candidates. Results-driven and proactive, with a consistent track record of closing roles within set timelines. Committed to quality hiring and delivering a great candidate and stakeholder experience. Skilled in sourcing via platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri, and open to exploring new tools and channels. Adaptable and empathetic, tailoring communication and approach based on stakeholder needs.
