Our platform is built on four core values: being Neighborly to our communities, staying Dedicated to excellence, embracing Bold innovation, and communicating Authentically in all interactions. We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to elevate the visual identity and marketing impact of our grocery marketplace app, which serves both B2C and B2B audiences. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong creative vision and a proven track record delivering for well-known brands, corporations, or high-growth startups. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to deliver compelling digital experiences and campaigns that resonate with both consumers and business clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of a US-based e-commerce company Buncha. We are looking for self-driven individuals who love to find innovative solutions and can perform under pressure. Key Responsibilities:●     Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, app content, social media, and print targeting both B2C and B2B segments.●     Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints and marketing materials.●     Collaborate with marketing, product, and business teams to translate strategic objectives into impactful visual solutions.●     Present creative concepts and final designs to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine deliverables.●     Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices in design for marketplace and e-commerce platforms.●     Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. Qualifications:1. BE/B in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field2. Minimum 5 years of professional design experience, with a focus on digital and brand design for recognized brands, corporations, or startups3. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools.4. Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and user-centered design principles.5. Demonstrated experience in graphic design for mobile apps, digital campaigns, and multi-channel marketing.6. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.7.Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and adapt to evolving project requirements.8.
