Medinet Healthcare Ltd. is looking for Store In-Charge/ Accounts OfficerJob Description / ResponsibilityMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, purchase orders, and deliveries.Supervise the procurement and inventory management of medical supplies and equipment.Coordinate with various departments to understand their supply needs and ensure timely replenishment.Computer literacy, particularly in the use of Word Processing, Excel etc.Receiving store items as per purchase order. Recording store items properly in the computer.Delivery of goods according to requisitions received from different users' departments. Maintenance of optimum inventory.Report to the departmental head for items below the minimum level. Feedback to the concerned authority regarding the quality of store items having information from the users' department.Report immediately regarding any adverse situation. Perform all other related duties.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Commerce (Pass) in AccountingBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in FinancePost Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Supply Chain ManagementBachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management or a related field.Skills Required: Supply Chain, Computer Skills, Accounts and Finance, Store and Inventory Management, Store keeperExperience Requirements2 to 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Hospital,Diagnostic Centre,Supply Chain,Departmental store,ChamberAdditional RequirementsMinimum of 3 years of experience in accounts, procurement or inventory management, vendor negotiation, and budget management. preferably in a healthcare setting.Job LocationDhaka (Mirpur, Mirpur 1)SalaryTk. 25000 - 40000 (Monthly)
