This is a critical leadership role responsible for defining and executing our sales strategy, building a high-performing sales team, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in enterprise sales, business development, and strategic planning, combined with excellent team leadership skills and a proven track record in the IT solutions industry.Key Responsibilities:Business Growth & StrategyVendor RelationshipsClient Engagement & Sales ExecutionPerformance Management & ReportingQualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or a related field.15 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, or other Enterprise cloud solutions or IT consulting services business.Proven track record of growing business across India and achieving sales targets.Experience in developing sales strategies, managing campaigns, and defining go-to-market approaches.Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing sales teams.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Familiarity with Microsoft’s partner ecosystem and vendor programs is a plus.Personal Attributes:Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.Proactive and self-motivated with strong decision-making capabilities.Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to inspire and manage teams effectively.
