Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment process and function, staffing for assigned openings, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers. Reconciliation for the headcount and manpower budgetsPartner with teammates, business leaders and external partners to design and deliver talent acquisition and internal mobility solutions for all levelsDetermine and recommend the most effective recruitment strategies that will provide quality candidates in a timely and cost efficient manner. Mitigate any hiring risk associated.Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organizationSourcing candidates through social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobsIdentify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing, and developing talent pool or social engagements.Create a comprehensive job description based on hiring manager specifications to be used to present to candidates and to post to job boards and internal gatewaysManage and guide development of corporate employment resource. Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environmentDevelop relationships with recruitment vendors/agencies and staffing firmsRevise current and/or develop new processes related to staffing, and driving recruitment continuous process improvement initiatives and programsWeekly, monthly and quarterly reporting of recruitment activity and metricsCollaborate with internal support team to facilitate the smooth on-boarding processExperience : 6 to 8 YearsEducation : Minimum qualification – MBA in HR.Key Skills and Attributes: Excellent interpersonal, reporting, presentation, negotiation and vendor management skills.Highly developed oral and written communication skillsAbility to deal with ambiguity and change within a fast paced environmentAdvanced level knowledge of MS excel and Job PortalsProven experience in Hiring corporate level profiles.
