We are looking for an experienced US HR Onboarding Lead who has previously worked in a Bench Sales company and has a strong understanding of the end-to-end onboarding process for US-based consultants. The ideal candidate will have a background in BGV (Background Verification), contract management, and employment verification processes.You will be responsible for managing and executing onboarding activities including drafting and reviewing contracts, coordinating background checks, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for consultants and clients.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the onboarding process for US-based consultants (W2, 1099, and C2C).Draft, review, and process contracts, SOWs, work orders, and other legal documentation.Coordinate and execute Background Checks and Employment Verifications.Maintain records and ensure compliance with US employment laws and immigration requirements (OPT, STEM OPT, H1B, GC, etc.).Work closely with sales, compliance, and operations teams to streamline onboarding workflows.Serve as the main point of contact for onboarding-related queries from consultants and clients.Required Skills & Experience:Prior experience working in a Bench Sales company is a must.2–5 years of experience in HR onboarding, background verification, and contract drafting for US-based roles.Familiarity with HR systems and ATS platforms.Excellent understanding of employment types and compliance in the US (W2, C2C, 1099).Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage high volumes of documentation.
