You will have the opportunity to implement your ideas and accelerate your learning and growth.Job Description: This position requires a blend of accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and a proactive mindset to support the company's financial health and growth. Core responsibilities include:Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.Oversee the day-to-day accounting and controls.Streamline expense tracking processes.Implement cost control processes and checks to reduce future costs.Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to manage inventory accounting.Conduct internal financial audits to identify weaknesses and opportunities.Lead raw material procurement and payables process with inventory planning team.Lead accounts receivable reporting process internally with the sales team.Who we are looking for: Given our profile and the role, our ideal candidate should be able to display the following:startup mindset (hustle, ownership, resourceful, move fast, proactive communication)ability to work independently in a team settingAccounting degree and solid experienceAdvanced and confident proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, able to lead others and hold live walk throughs with team membersThis is a remote WFH role.
