Multi-Unit Hotel Role:Financial Planning and Analysis: Monitor financial performance against targets, identify variances, and provide proactiverecommendations for improvement.Financial Reporting and Consolidation: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations formanagement and stakeholders. Oversee the consolidation of financial data from all hotels to provide a comprehensive view of thecompany's financial position. Maintain accounting policies and procedures in compliance with relevant regulations and accountingstandards. Be Responsible for Monthly Books Closing, Quarterly Books closing and Audited Financial Results.Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards, including tax andstatutory requirements. Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and minimize financial risk. Coordinate internal and external audits, addressing any identified issues or recommendations.Financial Strategy and Decision Support: Provide financial insights and guidance to senior management to support strategic decision-making andbusiness planning. Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct financial due diligence, and make recommendations foracquisitions or divestments. Collaborate with other departments to assess financial implications of operational initiatives and cost-saving measures.Team Leadership and Development: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and performancefeedback.
