Summary Pinnacle is seeking a Salesforce Reporting Analyst in India to design and build reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for our recruitment and staffing operations during our Salesforce implementation. This role will leverage Salesforce’s reporting tools to track key metrics (e.g., candidate pipeline, placement rates), collaborating with stakeholders and a third-party integrator to ensure data accuracy and usability. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce reporting experience, staffing industry knowledge, and the ability to translate business needs into impactful analytics. Job Responsibilities Design and develop Salesforce reports and dashboards to monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., candidate sourcing, placement velocity, client activity). Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for staffing processes. Ensure data quality and accuracy in Salesforce by validating data sources and configurations. Create complex reports using Salesforce’s reporting tools, including joined reports and custom report types. Integrate Salesforce reporting with external tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) if required, working with the third-party integrator. Partner with the Salesforce Administrator and integrator to align reporting solutions with platform configurations. Train end users on accessing and interpreting reports to drive data-driven decisions. Stay updated on Salesforce analytics features (e.g., Einstein Analytics) to recommend enhancements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in data science, Business Analytics, or a related field. 2-6 years of experience building reports and dashboards in Salesforce, preferably Sales Cloud. Strong expertise in Salesforce reporting tools, including report builder, dashboards, and custom report types. Experience in the staffing or recruitment industry, with knowledge of recruitment KPIs and workflows. Ability to translate business requirements into actionable reporting solutions. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders and technical teams in India and globally. Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification is preferred; Einstein Analytics certification is a plus. Based in India, with flexibility to work with global teams.
