The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on Agilysys environments and a strong understanding of configuration management within these systems. This role will involve supporting configuration changes and potentially participating in system upgrade or migration initiatives.Required skills and qualification:Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience working with Agilysys systems.Strong working knowledge of IGCM and IG12 tools.Familiarity with configuration management processes in a production environment.Experience in migrating from Agilysys version 4.5.3 to IG12, preferable but not a mustExposure to hospitality or point-of-sale systems supported by Agilysys.Ability to work in client-facing or cross-functional project teams.Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to work effectively with cross-border teams (U.S. and India)Strong team player with a commitment to mentoring and developing othersBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (required)
