We are hiring...!!LIVIO Building System is looking for a Technical Business Development Executive.About the Role: Technical Business Development Executive (CFS Panelization)We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Technical Business Development Executive who can establish and nurture strong partnerships with CFS design service companies in India, USA, Middle East, and ANZ region. The primary goal of this role is to promote Livio Multi-Trade Panels within the CFS design community and build a robust sales channel for our panelized systems.This is a unique opportunity for a Structural Engineer, CFS Panel Designer, or Detailer who is interested in blending technical expertise with business development and channel creation.Key ResponsibilitiesChannel Development: Identify, connect, and build long-term relationships with Cold-Formed Steel design service companies across India.Promotion of Livio Panels: Act as a technical ambassador for Livios panelized system, helping design companies understand how they can integrate our panels into their projects for the USA, Middle East market.Technical Engagement: Communicate confidently about CFS design, detailing, and panelization concepts to design professionals, engineers, and company decision-makers.Collaboration: Work closely with Livios internal Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams to align channel strategies and support customer requirements.Market Research: Stay updated on trends in CFS panelization, competing systems, and potential partner firms.Reporting & Feedback: Provide regular reports on channel activities, partnership progress, and market feedback to management.Key QualificationsBachelors degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil Engineering or Mechanical EngineeringMinimum 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Cold-Formed Steel (CFS) design, detailing, or panelizationStrong technical knowledge in CFS framing systems understanding of panelized wall/floor systems is a significant advantageProven communication and relationship-building skills with external stakeholdersAbility to work independently and take ownership of business development tasksLocation: Wagholi, Pune, IndiaWork Hours: 4:00 PM 01:00 AM IST (Full-time, On-site)Send your resume to careers@ with the subject linePosition Name | Candidate Name | Yrs.
