Representing global technology brands, they are rapidly expanding across multiple verticals and are known for delivering excellence in the life sciences domain.Position OverviewWe are seeking an Inside Sales & Sales Operations Manager to anchor the internal coordination and execution of the national sales function. Based at the Head Office in Mumbai, this role will be responsible for overseeing daily sales team activities, reviewing performance plans, ensuring CRM discipline, and maintaining structured reporting systems to drive results and visibility.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Sales MonitoringTrack daily activities of field sales personnel and ensure adherence to assigned plans and schedules.Plan Review & ApprovalReview and approve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales plans submitted by regional sales staff.KRA & KPI OversightMonitor individual performance metrics to ensure alignment with both personal and organizational goals.Sales Team ReviewsConduct structured daily and weekly reviews with the sales team to drive performance accountability.CRM & Pipeline HygieneEnsure timely and accurate CRM updates for meetings, opportunities, and lead statuses. Identify and close data gaps proactively.Inside Sales ManagementManage inbound and follow-up leads, issue quotations, and support lead conversions directly from the office.Reporting & DashboardingCreate and maintain performance reports and dashboards for leadership review and strategic decision-making.Cross-Functional CoordinationCollaborate with application support, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure seamless demos, campaigns, and delivery execution.Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Business; MBA preferred.4–7 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or operations, preferably in a B2B or life sciences environment.Strong understanding of sales tracking, performance metrics, and pipeline management.Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).Excellent communication, documentation, and time-management skills.Ideal Candidate TraitsHighly process-oriented with a strong sense of follow-throughSkilled at conducting structured reviews and ensuring outcomesDetail-focused with strong documentation and reporting habitsSelf-motivated and effective in cross-functional collaboratio
