In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for assigning, curating, editing, and publishing high-quality news content with precision and speed.Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Entertainment desk team, ensuring consistent and high-quality coverage.- Curate, edit, and write impactful business stories that are relevant to a wide audience.- Supervise and guide writers on desk in generating engaging content.- Ensure that all content is timely, accurate, and adheres to editorial standards.- Ensure Optimization of content for search engines and audience engagement.- Study analytics data and adapt content strategy accordinglyWhat We’re Looking For: - Good editorial and team coordination skills with a deep understanding of entertainment news.- Proficiency in digital publishing tools, CMS, and SEO best practices.- Ability to lead a team, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience in managing Entertainment desk in a digital newsroom.- Strong knowledge of digital content strategies, including multimedia formats and social media platforms.- Strong command of Hindi (Essential); basic proficiency in English
