The company aims to promote local foods, Indian ingredients, and support farmers through knowledge and technology.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Manager- Production (F&B Industry), preferably in the beverage industry, to oversee and optimize the production of Kombucha and other value-added products. The role is initially based in New Delhi, with a planned relocation to our upcoming production facility in Ailum, Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate should have expertise in fermentation, food safety, and production management while ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Oversight: Manage the end-to-end production process of Kombucha and other value-added products.Quality Control: Ensure high product quality and compliance with food safety regulations.Process Optimization: Improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain consistency in batch production.Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Monitor raw materials, manage stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers.Team Leadership: Train and supervise production staff, ensuring smooth operations.Equipment & Facility Maintenance: Ensure all production equipment is well-maintained and operational.Compliance & Safety: Implement food safety protocols (FSSAI standards) and hygiene practices.QualificationExperience in food production or beverage manufacturing.knowledge of fermentation processes and quality control.Strong organizational and Managerial skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.Excellent communication and team leadership skills.Experience with inventory management and supplier coordination.Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related fields.Why Join us?Opportunity to be part of an innovative farm-to-table brand that values sustainability and quality.Hands-on leadership role with room to scale production operations.A dynamic work environment that blends traditional food practices with modern innovation.If you're passionate about food production and looking to be part of a fast-growing, sustainable brand, apply now at hr@!Note: JD is indicative and not exhaustive.
