The company has a dedicated team of over 150 individuals who have been transforming homes since 2014.Role Overview:We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and tech-savvy Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead our brand storytelling and customer engagement across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. You will be responsible for building a strong digital presence, growing follower base, and driving measurable engagement, leads, and sales for our smart home products.Key Responsibilities:Content Strategy & PlanningPlan monthly social media calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns, and promotions.Collaborate with product, design, and video teams to develop engaging content: reels, stories, carousel posts, and product videos.Identify content pillars (e.g. product education, smart home tips, customer reviews, behind-the-scenes, etc.).Platform ManagementOwn and operate Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, and emerging platforms.Publish content regularly, monitor performance, and adjust strategy based on analytics.Community ManagementRespond to comments, DMs, and customer queries across platforms in a timely and brand-consistent manner.Engage with relevant influencers, communities, and tech audiences.Paid Campaign SupportCoordinate with performance marketing team to align organic and paid campaigns.Provide creatives and copy for Facebook Ads, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Boosted Posts, etc.Analytics & ReportingTrack weekly/monthly metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, website traffic, conversions).Generate reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.CollaborationWork with the founder, brand manager, and agency partners to maintain brand voice and positioning.Coordinate with customer support, product, and logistics teams to handle escalations or feedback.Key Skills & Requirements:2–5 years of experience in social media marketing (preferably in D2C or consumer tech brands).Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X algorithms and best practices.Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and analytics dashboards.Ability to write clear, witty, and brand-aligned copy.Basic video editing and content creation skills.Excellent communication and coordination abilities.Bonus: Experience with influencer marketing, meme marketing, or WhatsApp/Telegram marketing.Preferred Traits:Passionate about smart home tech, gadgets, and consumer electronics.Highly proactive and organized.Obsessed with trends, viral content, and digital storytelling.Strong ownership and execution mindset.
