We're looking for a creative and driven Social Media Intern to join our team and help us build a strong online presence.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Content Creation:Develop creative strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement across all social media platforms.Create and manage a comprehensive content calendar, ensuring a seamless and curated flow of social storytelling.Stay updated on fashion and digital trends to enhance content plans and keep Modo Caldo at the forefront of social media innovation.Content Execution:Write, edit, and proofread captivating captions and promotional materials that resonate with our target audience.Help capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) content during shoots, interviews, and events (photo/video).Assist in creating quality content based on your insights on the performance on various platformsSocial Media Management:Manage and optimize Modo Caldo's presence on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Threads, YouTube, and other relevant social media platforms.Utilize social media tools for scheduling, boosting content, and analyzing performance.Lead Management:Coordinate and respond to daily leads and inquiries received through the website, social media channels, and sales partners.Performance Analysis & Reporting:Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports on key insights and recommendations for improvement.Track and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns.Desired Skills & Requirements:Deep knowledge of all things social media, including current trends and best practices.Familiarity with social media tools for scheduling and boosting content (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics.Proficiency in Meta, Pinterest, X, YouTube, and other relevant social media platforms.Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.Basic understanding of photo and video editing.Who You Are:Highly organized, able to multitask, and calm under pressure.A self-motivated and efficient individual.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Hindi.A professional demeanor and a passion for fashion.Qualification:A Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communication, or a similar field.Final-year students or those in their last semester who are available for an in-office role are also encouraged to apply.Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
