You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our B2C and B2B presence—by acquiring students, forging institutional partnerships, and driving enrollment in our flagship programs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Outreach: Identify new leads through market research, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.Sales Execution: Conduct high-impact sales calls and demos to convert leads into customers (students, schools, colleges, training partners).CRM & Funnel Management: Maintain and track leads through the entire sales funnel using tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar.Partnership Development: Build long-term relationships with academic institutions, training partners, and corporate clients.Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly revenue and enrollment targets.Market Feedback Loop: Collaborate with product and marketing teams by relaying customer insights to refine offerings and positioning.Who You Are2–5 years of proven sales/business development experience (EdTech preferred)Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a bonus)Self-starter with high ownership, persistence, and ability to work under minimal supervisionConfident in client interactions—whether students, parents, or corporate stakeholdersComfortable working with numbers, targets, and CRMsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields (MBA is a plus)Nice to HaveExperience selling to students or educational institutionsFamiliarity with education trends and career upskilling marketsStrong understanding of B2C or hybrid B2B2C funnelsWhat We OfferCompetitive fixed + performance-based compensationHigh-impact work that directly influences lives and careersA collaborative, mission-led team cultureOpportunities to grow rapidly with the organizationFlexible work options (remote/hybrid)Ready to change the future of learning?Apply now at foundersoffice@
