Job Title - Bench Sales recruiters and US IT Recruiters - US Staffing Onsite - Monday to Friday Office Location - Somajiguda, Hyderabad Responsibilities for Bench Sales Recruiter’s · Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.· Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs), Making job postings on the Job Portal.· Well versed about US Terms and Visa Types· Sourcing requirements from Prime Vendors or Direct Clients, etc. To submit the Bench Consultants.· Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submissions to interviews.· Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.· Must be having capability to work with a team or individually.· Should be capable to handle a team as well.· Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters/offshore team.· Regular interaction and Follow-up with Bench Consultants and identifying their needs and getting them in to projects accordingly.· Maintaining Good interpersonal Relation with the Client and the Vendors. Responsibilities IT Recruiters· Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives· Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems· Responsible for end to end handling IT requirements from US-based clients.· Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: Sourcing the candidates, screening them, Interview coordination, rate negotiation and hand-holding all the way till closure· Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submitting (quality of submission) into interview and placement.· Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets· Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status· Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process· Well versed in US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.· Attractive Salary + Incentives
