Project, Enhancement, and/or POC experience is required. Experience as a user or superuser is not counted.Job DescriptionThe Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) Team is the IT Engine that delivers compelling and robust capabilities, products, and solutions business and IT by focusing on cost savings, business growth, as well as connecting with partners and customers. This role is part of Supply chain planning and forecasting team. As part of this team, this role will support full horizon end-to-end integrated solutions and will be responsible for developing and supporting Kinaxis related implementation projects or changes undertaken by the DTS organization.Scope: Responsible for solution design and delivery of Kinaxis system• Excellent understanding of Kinaxis solution footprint, with a deep knowledge of Supply planning solutions• Leads/Facilitates business diagnostics, As-Is process analysis and To-Be design workshops and subsequently be able to write a solution design document to support business requirements• Ability to review functional specs and designs, and provide inputs to influence and enhance the quality of deliverables• Ability to review existing systems and tools, and recommend improvement opportunities.• Working experience of implementing planning solutions for a large global manufacturer or CPG company. This is preferred but not a must.• Ability to configure planning solution of Kinaxis, and be able to implement solution independently with some oversight from Kinaxis architect• Ability to influence business decisions on technology, through experiences and by sharing industry best practices and methodologies• Ability to deliver in fast paced environments using agile methodologies• Assist Delivery manager and Kinaxis architect in project planning including detailed project plan, estimates and timelines.• Setup and coordinate user acceptance testing, and support final acceptance and critical phase sign-off by the business owners• Communicate project risks and issues that may have a negative impact on the project schedule, scope or budget Qualifications:Education required:• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or similar fields• MBA / Master’s degree or equivalent in Supply chain / Logistics is preferred nut not a mustTech Experience: 8+ years of experience in implementing supply chain solutions with deep expertise in Kinaxis or similar supply planning solutions.• 5+ years of proven experience in Kinaxis supply planning implementations is mandatory. Project, Enhancement, and/or POC experience is required.
