Job Summary:We are seeking Manager - International Business Development to drive business development and sales in MENA region. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business plans to achieve sales targets, build strong relationships with international clients and partners, and identify new business opportunities in assigned markets.Key Responsibilities:Market Analysis & Planning:Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and evaluate potential international markets, assessing market size, competition, regulatory landscape, and entry barriers.Analyze global market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.Develop and refine the business development strategy, including market entry and expansion plans, in alignment with overall company objectives.Prepare detailed business plans, including financial projectionsBusiness Development & Sales Execution:Drive all sales cycle activities from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation, deal closure, and post-sales relationship management in international markets.Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, distributors, channel partners, and key stakeholders in target countries.Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products/services and network with potential partners.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, operations, logistics, finance, and legal, to ensure seamless execution of international business strategies.Provide market feedback to the product development team to ensure offerings are suitable for international markets.Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams for timely and efficient delivery of products/services to international customers.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification with a specialization in International Business is highly desirable.A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in international business development, export sales, and market expansion.Proven track record of successfully identifying, developing, and closing business deals in international markets.Familiarity with specific geographic regions of interest to the company (e.g., Middle East/ GCC countries).Skills & Competencies:Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze complex situations, develop effective strategies, and make sound business decisions.Sales & Negotiation: Exceptional sales acumen with strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Cross-Cultural Competence: High level of cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.Networking & Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships and networks.Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and identify solutions to complex challenges.Leadership & Teamwork: Ability to lead initiatives, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.Results-Oriented: Highly motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve targets and deliver results.Tech Savvy: Proficient in using MS Office Suite, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), and other business tools.
