Job Title: Corporate Sales Executive Department: Sales & Marketing Reporting To: Department HeadPrimary Objective: To identify, connect, and convert corporate clients in Bangalore for various B2B sales opportunities including outdoor catering, lunch boxes, high tea, dine-in group bookings, delivery orders, coupon sales, gift cards, and more.Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and compile a comprehensive list of corporate offices in Bangalore using online databases, Fundoodata, directories, LinkedIn, and local business networks. Research and segment the target market by industry, size, and employee strength to prioritize outreach. Stakeholder Engagement Reach out to decision-makers including Admin Heads, HR Managers, Executive Assistants (EAs), and Office Managers through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person visits. Build and maintain a strong database of contacts with detailed notes on discussions and follow-ups. Sales Pitch & Presentation Present the restaurant’s offerings tailored to corporate needs: Outdoor Catering (events, corporate parties, etc.) Lunch Box Subscriptions High Tea Packages Group Bookings for Dine-in Corporate Delivery / Parcel Orders Sales of Meal Coupons and Gift Cards Develop customized proposals and quotations as per client requirements. Conversion & Order Management Close deals and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and client satisfaction. Follow up on orders, payments, feedback, and repeat business. Relationship Building Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Schedule periodic check-ins with clients for promotions and seasonal offerings. Reporting & CRM Management Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, conversions, and revenue generated in the CRM system.
