The ideal candidate will drive seamless digital workflows across marketing and content platforms, enhancing enterprise productivity and digital asset management. This role demands a strategic thinker who can build scalable solutions while working closely with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement solutions usingAdobe Experience Manager (AEM)including Sites, Assets, and Forms. Lead and manageWorkfrontimplementation projects, including business requirements gathering, solution design, and deployment. Develop and maintainWorkfront Fusionintegrations to automate workflows across enterprise systems such as Adobe Creative Cloud, AEM, Jira, Salesforce, etc. Collaborate with marketing, creative, and IT teams to optimize content production and project management workflows. Troubleshoot issues related to AEM components, workflows, Workfront templates, Fusion scenarios, and integrations. Customize and configure AEM components, templates, dialogs, workflows, and OSGi services. Train and support end-users on Workfront and AEM best practices, ensuring effective adoption across teams. Create technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and integration specifications.Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ yearsof hands-on experience withAdobe Experience Manager (AEM)development and administration. 5+ yearsof hands-on experience withAdobe Workfrontincluding Workfront system administration. 2+ yearsof experience building and maintaining integrations usingWorkfront Fusion . Strong understanding of marketing workflows, digital asset lifecycle, and creative operations. Proficiency inJava ,JavaScript ,HTML5 ,Sightly (HTL) , andSling Modelsfor AEM development. Familiarity withREST APIs ,JSON , andWebhooksfor integration scenarios. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and using project tracking tools like Jira. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications: Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEM or Workfront is a plus. Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud products (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target) is desirable.
