We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Lead to drive our marketing strategies and generate high-quality leads for our B2B services.Role Description We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Lead who can develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies with a strong focus on lead generation through various channels. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of B2B customer search behaviors and be skilled in optimizing campaigns for an excellent return on investment (ROI).Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and optimize a data-driven digital marketing strategy aimed at lead generation for B2B customers. Identify key customer segments and develop tailored marketing campaigns across search engines, social media, email, and other digital channels for each of the verticals we have. Manage SEO/SEM, PPC campaigns, and social media advertising to maximize visibility and engagement. Analyze customer search mechanisms and behavior to continuously improve strategies. Use marketing automation tools to nurture and convert leads. Develop content marketing strategies, including blogs, case studies, and whitepapers, that appeal to B2B audiences. Track and report on KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.Qualifications: Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing with a focus on B2B lead generation. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and content marketing. Experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, etc. Data-driven mindset with a focus on analytics and ROI optimization.
