Key Responsibilities:1. Marketplace Operations Management Manage product listings, pricing, and catalog health onAmazon, Flipkart, Tata 1mg , and other emerging platforms. Ensure accurate content, images, and compliance for all SKUs. Monitor buy box, suppressions, listing hijacks, and customer reviews. 2. Performance Optimization Analyze sales data, conversion rates, traffic, and competitor performance. Optimize product detail pages (A+ Content, SEO keywords, bullets, titles). Track key KPIs: AOV, CTR, CVR, RoAS (for ads), returns, and OOS rates. 3. Promotions & Campaigns Plan and execute marketplace promotions, Lightning Deals, BBD, Diwali Sales, etc. Collaborate with marketing team for festive campaigns and product bundling. 4. Inventory & Fulfillment Coordination Coordinate with warehouse for FBA/FBF stock planning and inventory reconciliation. Ensure timely replenishment and minimize stockouts/overstock issues. Track return reasons and implement corrective actions. 5. Relationship Management Act as the point of contact with Amazon, Flipkart, and 1mg category managers. Negotiate visibility slots, event placements, and new product onboarding.
