The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running targeted email campaigns, analyzing marketing data, and generating qualified leads specifically forwebsite development, app development, SEO, and software development services . Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and execute effective email marketing campaigns targeting potential clients. Develop lead generation strategies through email outreach for services including website/app development, SEO, and software solutions. Manage and grow email subscriber lists while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR). Conduct A/B testing, segment audience lists, and implement marketing automation for optimized performance. Track campaign performance and present actionable insights using marketing analytics tools. Collaborate with the sales and digital marketing teams to align email campaigns with business goals. Maintain high deliverability and engagement rates through effective email content and timing strategies. Required Qualifications & SkillsProven experience inemail marketing and lead generationfor adigital marketing agency . In-depth knowledge ofemail marketing tools(e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Active Campaign, etc.). Proficiency inmarketing automation platformsand CRM integration. Strong skills indata analysis and reporting . Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills . Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working both independently and within a team. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
