LOCATION: COIMBATORE & ERODEJob Description:We are looking for a passionate and experienced IELTS Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the IELTS exam format, scoring criteria, and effective test strategies. As an IELTS Trainer, you will be responsible for coaching students to improve their English proficiency, test-taking skills, and confidence to achieve their desired IELTS band scores. Responsibilities:Conduct IELTS training sessions for students in all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. Develop customized lesson plans and practice materials to suit different learning levels. Provide constructive feedback on students’ performance and suggest improvement strategies. Teach time management techniques and exam strategies to maximize scores. Conduct mock tests and evaluate students’ progress. Stay up-to-date with the latest IELTS exam changes and trends. Offer personalized guidance and motivation to students. Requirements:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. Certified IELTS Trainer (preferred but not mandatory). Experience in IELTS coaching (minimum 1 year preferred). Excellent command of the English language (both spoken and written). Strong understanding of IELTS scoring criteria and test formats. Ability to motivate students and improve their confidence in English. Patience and strong communication skills to handle students of different proficiency levels. Familiarity with online teaching platforms (for remote positions).
