Business Head Retail (Modular Home Furniture)Spacewood is the leading National Brand of Modular furniture in India.It offers lifestyle and Premium design products for the home.It has one of the largest manufacturing set-up in India with diversified technologies spread over 1 million sq.ft of land in Nagpur.It has 35+ exclusive retail outlets and 300+ DealersIt has ambitious plans to grow exponentially in the next 3 years in retail to 100 Stores.Location – Nagpur.Job Profile –Head Retail of Modular Furniture( Home). It should be driven by a combination of COCO / COFO / FOFO stores across India.Key responsibilities·Achieve a new storeexpansion plan·Achieve sales and increase output per store from the existing stores·Align Marketing, Business Development, and Lead generation.·Team building.·Operation Review·P&L management·Consumer experienceExperience: Minimum 15-20 years of experience in Direct retailing – B2C/ D2C in the consumer industry. Preferably in high-growth Building material / Modular furniture.Academics – Engineer + MBA from a reputed Management institution.Remuneration – Attractive remuneration with a combination of ESOP and Variable.
