Job Title: Assistant Manager Accounts PayableLocation: Remote (India) Work Hours: 6:30 P.M. to 3:30 A.M. Join us to be a part of a purpose-driven organization that transforms lives and landscapes.Role Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to support our finance operations with a strong focus on accounts payable and receivable processes. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the real estate or construction sector and be well-versed in vendor payment workflows, reconciliations, and international accounting coordination.Key Responsibilities: Process and code incoming vendor invoices with accuracy and timeliness Coordinate internal approvals from Project Managers and authorized signatories Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and variances Manage weekly payment cycles, including check runs, ACH, and wire transfers via secure banking platforms Validate and document payment authorizations, including verbal confirmations for ACH/wire instructions Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records; assist with vendor onboarding and compliance documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to resolve payment-related queries Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and reporting timelinesQualifications & Experience: or MBA in Finance from a recognized institution 4 - 6 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable Prior exposure to real estate or construction industry preferred Strong understanding of payment systems, vendor management, and invoice processing Familiarity with US GAAP and international accounting practices is a plusKey Competencies: Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Effective communication and interpersonal abilities High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment Excellent time management and multitasking skillsWhat We Offer: Opportunity to work with a global real estate firm Exposure to U.S. accounting practices and international finance Collaborative and inclusive work culture Competitive compensation and learning opportunitiesApply now to join a mission-driven team building more than just properties—it’s building better futures.
