We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Strategist to lead our social media presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial services landscape and a passion for crafting compelling content that drives engagement, builds brand trust, and supports business goals.Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives. - Manage and grow presence across platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. - Create and curate engaging content tailored to each platform and audience segment. - Monitor trends, conversations, and competitor activity to inform strategy. - Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure brand consistency. - Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights to optimize campaigns. - Manage social media calendar and ensure timely delivery of content. - Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build community trust. - Collaborate with Influencer & CelebratiesRequired Skills & Qualifications- 2–3 years of experience in social media strategy or digital marketing, preferably in the NBFC or Banking sector. - Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices and audience behavior. - Proficiency in tools like Locobuzz, Facebook Suite, YouTube Sudio, or similar. - Experience with social media analytics and reporting (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.). - Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
