Responsible for application generation for all the courses. Handling all incoming, and outgoing calls and chats Counselling students regarding the USPs of MR and convincing them to fill out the application form at the first stage. Student-centric and personalized counselling Work closely with the team to manage day-to-day activities and handle escalations. Daily MIS reporting, updating Google Sheets and sharing day-to-day strategies with the CRM team to achieve the desired goal. Training counsellors and calling teams for proper counselling and providing them with updated information. Data analysis as and when required. Coordinating with CRM and Telephony vendors for smooth operations.
