We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IELTS/TOEFL/PTE Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, experience preparing students for English proficiency exams, and a passion for teaching and mentoring. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to students to help them achieve their desired scores. Key Responsibilities: Conduct classroom and online training sessions for IELTS, TOEFL, and/or PTE. Plan and implement engaging lesson plans and practice activities. Assess students' strengths and weaknesses and tailor sessions accordingly. Provide regular feedback, performance reports, and test-taking strategies. Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies to improve results. Stay updated with exam patterns, syllabus changes, and best practices. Conduct mock tests and practice sessions to simulate real exam conditions. Maintain accurate student records and prepare progress reports. Support students with queries related to the exams and applications. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field. Certification in TESOL/TEFL/CELTA (preferred). Proven experience in training for IELTS/TOEFL/PTE. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills. Familiarity with various digital tools and online teaching platforms. Ability to motivate and inspire students from diverse backgrounds. Preferred Qualifications: Personal high score in IELTS/TOEFL/PTE (with documentation). Experience with curriculum development.
