We’re looking for an Assistant Manager – IT Governance and Audit to strengthen our risk, compliance, and audit practices. The role involves working across teams to ensure IT policies, audit preparedness, vendor assessments, and governance frameworks are implemented and maintained effectively.Key Responsibilities Manage vendor risk and audit actionables Enable internal and external audits; track closure of findings Conduct IT risk assessments and manage access controls Review DR/BCP plans and conduct DR drills Support ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certifications Maintain and update IT policies; ensure cross-functional compliance Track and report IT governance KPIs Requirements Graduate in IT/Computer Science/related field (Master’s preferred) 3–10 years in IT governance, InfoSec, or risk/compliance roles Knowledge of ISMS, ITIL, SEBI/RBI regulations Hands-on with security policies and risk mitigation Strong communication and stakeholder management Certifications like CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 LA preferredIf this opportunity aligns with your expertise and aspirations, we welcome your application and look forward to connecting.Regards, Team HR
