On behalf of our client, a leading Transmission Line Company, we are looking for experiencedForeman of Transmission Line Siteto be based in Croatia.Key Responsibilities: Quality execution of more complex and demanding tasks for the construction of power lines (independently or with supervision when needed) Proffesional use of tools and equipment at the workplace Using personal judgment and acquired knowledge to make more complex decisions within clearly defined procedures and work instructions Responding to more complex inquiries and provides complete information to team leader Adopts workplace safety rules and consistently behaves in accordance with them Promotes personal safety and the safety of other workers at the workplace Implementing environmental protection and fire safety measures Performing work at heights above 3 meters and in close proximity to high electrical voltageWhat you should bring: Minimum 2 years of experience in power line construction English language communication skills High school diploma Category B drivers license - Preferred, not mandatoryWhat we offer: 2 years contract with probation period of maximum 3 months (possibility to extend to unlimited contract) Competitive salary, medical insurance and pension scheme Yearly bonuses Career progression and continuous personal development Accommodation and food
