Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.Responsibilities ●We are looking for candidates who have prior experience in designing,implementing and/or maintaining ILP Unit / Actuarial Funding (esp, in terms of Tech system) in insurance companies. ●Coordinating overall testing strategy with technical expertise in automation and manual testing ●Driving detailed test plans and test cases based on requirements to ensure comprehensive coverage and quality standards Conduct testing and resolve defects to ensure successful project delivery ●Engaging with users to validate solution ●Identifying, logging and meticulously tracking defects accompanied by comprehensive reporting Requirements and Skills: ●Proven working experience in designing, implementing and/or maintaining ILP Unit Funding in insurance companies, preferably in Singapore market ●Solid technical background, with hands-on experience in ILP product launches
