The Business Development Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as generating leads, performing inside sales, and developing and nurturing business relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet company revenue goals.Qualifications We are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in business development or sales within the US staffing or recruitment space. You should have a strong understanding of the staffing sales cycle, contract staffing models, and lead generation techniques. Comfort with outreach tools and CRM systems is essential. Most importantly, we want someone with the hunger to succeed, build lasting client relationships, and grow with us.
