The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks involve coordinating with department heads, developing HR strategies, handling payroll, managing benefits programs, and ensuring a positive work environment.Qualifications Human Resources Management, Employee Relations, Performance Management skills Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in using HR software and tools Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
