Multi-Unit Hotel Role:Financial Planning and Analysis:  Monitor financial performance against targets, identify variances, and provide proactive recommendations for improvement. Financial Reporting and Consolidation:  Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations for management and stakeholders.  Oversee the consolidation of financial data from all hotels to provide a comprehensive view of the company's financial position.  Maintain accounting policies and procedures in compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards.  Be Responsible for Monthly Books Closing, Quarterly Books closing and Audited Financial Results. Compliance and Risk Management:  Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards, including tax and statutory requirements.  Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and minimize financial risk.  Coordinate internal and external audits, addressing any identified issues or recommendations. Financial Strategy and Decision Support:  Provide financial insights and guidance to senior management to support strategic decision-making and business planning.  Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct financial due diligence, and make recommendations for acquisitions or divestments. Collaborate with other departments to assess financial implications of operational initiatives and cost- saving measures.Team Leadership and Development:  Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback.  Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the finance department.  Promote collaboration and cross-functional partnerships to drive financial excellence across the organization.
