Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to maximize their performance and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and understand competitive dynamics. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners in the region. Track and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results. Work closely with other departments, including marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. Provide ongoing training and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge of products and services. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and market insights to senior management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred. 8-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the financial services or mortgage industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions. Proficiency in CRM, Celusion.
