We are expanding our field sales team in the Bardhaman districts and seeking motivated individuals to join us. Job Summary : As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our reach within the East and West Bardhaman districts,based out of Durgapur . You will conduct daily field visits, build strong relationships with potential customers and channel partners (tutor community), and contribute to the overall growth of our platform. Key Responsibilities : ●Direct Sales & Customer Acquisition: ○Conduct daily field visits to schools, coaching centers, and other relevant institutions. ○Identify and engage potential customers, presenting the value proposition of our EdTech platform. ○Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. ○Effectively address customer inquiries and resolve issues. Channel Partner Development : ○Identify and recruit potential channel partners in the assigned territory. ○Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners. ○Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance their sales performance. Market and Research Feedback : ○Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activities. ○Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within the assigned territory. ○Provide regular reports to the manager about sales activities. Relationship building : ○Build strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and local influencers. ○Represent the company in a professional manner. Qualification and Skill ●Experience: ○Proven experience in field sales, in education, or related sectors. ○Experience working in rural-urban markets is highly desirable. ○Experience in channel sales is a plus. ○Experience in personal tutoring or prior teaching experience at a reputed school Skills : ○Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ○Strong sales and negotiation skills. ○Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ○Strong organizational and time management skills. ○Ability to build and maintain relationships. ○Knowledge of the local market in the Bardhaman districts. Educational Qualifications: ○Bachelor's degree minimum.
