You’ll be responsible for discovering high-potential brands, understanding their needs, pitching Popstation’s capabilities, and closing the loop from sample to PO. You must besocially savvy ,commercially sharp , and obsessed with the future of D2C.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Outreach & Lead GenerationResearch competitors and identify new D2C and retail brand opportunities Reach out to founders, marketers, or sourcing teams via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, events Set up meetings or product discovery calls Qualify inbound leads and convert them into high-intent prospects Client Engagement & Product DevelopmentUnderstand client requirements and suggest product categories we can build for them Collaborate with the internal team to showcase existing collections or moodboards Develop sample briefs and coordinate with vendors for sample execution Build pricing sheets and collection presentations Follow up consistently to move clients through the sales funnel Vendor CoordinationCoordinate with vendors (Tiruppur, Kolkata, China) for sampling and production Share tech packs, timelines, cost targets, and feedback Place final orders post PO confirmation Track progress and maintain visibility until delivery Social Media & Brand PresenceDrivestrategic engagementvia LinkedIn, Instagram, and content platforms Identify content opportunities from partnerships, case studies, and live products Collaborate with content and design team to boost brand recall and authorityIdeal Candidate Profile2–5 years in growth, partnerships, B2B sales, or fashion business development Strong understanding of D2C ecosystem and product lifecycle Proven ability to conduct research, write great outreach messages, and hold engaging conversations Familiarity with vendors and garment manufacturing process Experience working with Indian manufacturers (Tiruppur, Kolkata, etc.) or China sourcing prefferedWhy Join POPstation?Be part of the teambuilding the next wave of India’s iconic fashion brands Work across brands, founders, and global vendors Own your sales vertical, create strategies, and grow with the ecosystem This is not a desk job.
