Role : Cluster Manager (Rural)Vertical : RuralProduct : Multi Products (Preferably Auto Loans, Consumer Durable, Two Wheelers)Experience : 10 to 15 yearsTeam handling experience is must.Location : AurangabadJob Role :- Managing business development of the cluster for multiple products in Rural areas. • Ensuring Smooth flow of relationship between Dealers & Customers. - To Empanel and groom Dealer networks for various products like CD, TW, AL, TL, CE, PL, BL. - Handling new business ties ups – Dealer as well as Manufacturer connectivity. - Managing Business growth and profitability with and through Territory Managers and the larger sales team. - Assessing training needs to accelerate his team’s performance. - Introduce and Implement new marketing and sales promotion initiatives for the region by coordinating with product team. - To Drive Rural business through Open Market, Branch Channel & Dealers - To Organize & Manage display activity in Corporate and other Branches. - Liaisoning with Dealers in the area to maximize business volume. - Managing Business productivity for Rural Business for the Assigned Cluster. - Provide market intelligence in term of business, product & proposal. - Managing Weekly and Monthly MIS and TrackersKey Responsibilities :- Business Development - Operations Management - Client Servicing - Team Management. - Strong analytical and problem solving skills. - Sales & ProfitabilityMandatory Skills :- Graduate/MBA with 6-8 years of experience (4-6 yrs of relevant exp) - Understanding of Rural Asset Business and its profit drivers - Strong Inter-personal and leadership skillsDesirable Skills :- Ability to hire/train/motivate/retain large teams. - Ability to set & manage targets.
